Driving commercial growth for the cultural sector
Cultural sector consultancy
I'm Lucy Woodbridge, and I run a cultural sector consultancy working with cultural and heritage organisations to grow and strengthen their commercial income. That might mean reviewing an existing offer, creating new visitor experiences, or finding fresh ways to engage audiences. I write strategies, budgets and business plans, review ways of working, and produce feasibility studies and recommendations papers - bringing senior in-house experience to every engagement I take on.

Thinking about your next step? I'd love to hear what you're working on.
Ways to work with me
Consultancy
For museums, galleries, heritage venues and adjacent organisations. If you need to develop something new, attract a new audience, grow income from your events, or bring in senior expertise you don't currently have in-house, this is where I can help - including planning feasibility studies organisational reviews and strategy work.

Coaching
For people across cultural and heritage organisations, and the wider cultural and creative industries, at any level and in any role. I'm brought in by senior leaders when someone in their team needs support - and sometimes directly by the people who need it themselves.
Client Testimonials
We wanted to bring in some external support and expertise in commercial events. Lucy came highly recommended, and after initial discussions, and a brief, provided us with a really comprehensive set of options on how we could shape our existing products. She brought bags of invaluable market insight, along with great themes and ideas which we've been able to use as the basis for some family experiences to pilot.
I would really recommend Lucy for anyone looking for a consultant who brings relevant experience and a wonderful can-do attitude.
Lucy asks the right questions, gently challenges assumptions, and creates space to think clearly in the middle of complex, high-pressure situations.
Speaking with Lucy over just three sessions was instrumental in revealing and unpacking some sticking points I needed to address to move ahead with confidence. With Lucy's help, I did.
